Should Dan Rather get a mental health eval for his law suit?I mean really, attacks Bush with forged paperwork he didn't even verify and then spreads it on thenightly news like it is the gospel, then sues cause he lost his job. His Bush derangement syndrome did him in and he still cannot accept it.

Er, he (or his assistants) did try to verify the forged letters, with handwriting experts, etc. That was never in doubt. And the courts have recently exposed documents that show merit in some of his complaints. The suit is not going badly for him.
