Mostly such degrees are part of a nursing degree, so you would be doing and associates degree in nursing, ADN. However, there are a few colleges that do specialize in mental health at the associate degree level. However, there few at the community college level.
You can check out
University of Maine at Augusta that offers an Associate of Science in mental health

Pierce College have a specialization in mental health, just scroll down their page:

Columbus State Community College
http://www.cscc.edu/programs/descriptions/mhcr.htm
Richland Community College, but theirs is essentially part of a nursing degree

Try this search string in Google and go through the offerings:
+"Associate " +"Mental Health" +"Community College" site:.edu
Hope this helps!
