Yes for sure. One throws themselves into a new healthy lifestyle. This can make a huge difference but one needs to keep the motivation going. Some mental health issues can be very deep seated and a little extra help may be needed.

well depends what kind of mental problem it is? do you mean intelligence? dyslexia? dementia?
but i can safely say, exercise and eating healthy will not do you any harm. that's for sure. =]
