She needs to be referred by her doctor for mental health treatment. so have her go to the doctors first.
After that is done she is called in for an assesment.
If they diagnose an issue, only then will she be placed on medication/given therapy.

You have to be refered by the patient normal doctor - doing it this way will work as long as her doctor knows or diagnoses a problem.

I think u should take her to the Government Mental Hospital & get her full check up done .

The easiest, fastest way to get her help is to take her to the ER. This is probably going to result in hospitalization, but she will be able to get the help she needs and stabalized on medication if that is what she needs. You can check out the psych wards in your area and make an informed decision of which hospital to take her too if you think there is enough time for that.
