I was assessed for depression today...?

I was assessed for depression today...?I assessed for depression today in local docors by Primary Care Mental Health Service. He told me I had depression, anxiety but I can't remeber what else he said. I was wondering, does anyone know the test the Nhs or whatever use? It was something about functionality or something.... I just can't make sense of it and am now panicking slightly, because he told me what's wrong and I want to know... The test began with rating between 1-5 how I felt and then for the last approx 5 questions, was between 1 and 8. If someone can help me, I would be so grateful.

Do you suffer from depression?
God's purpose for your life:
Perhaps you've wondered: "What is the purpose of my life?" Or maybe you thought: "There must be more to life than this!" When we try to live life our way, everything collapses and sometimes we do not know what to do.
But there is hope for a new dawn. When your heart breaks into pieces like glass and feels a pain that stops you from picking up the pieces ... is a solution. If you give all the pieces of her broken heart for our Savior, He can help himself. It takes every bit of your heart and restore it into something beautiful. With Christ at the center of his life is restored and given new life.
At this point, you have the opportunity to give up control of your life that you created, loves and knows everything about your past, present and future. If you open your heart to Him, you will see that God has a specific plan for your life, which includes not only its target for the creation of you but also promise to give a full life. If at this point and does not want to live the life your way and you're ready to live life as God, is a life full of hope and true purpose.
For God's plan, we know that:
God's purpose for your life ... was salvation. God sent Christ to earth to judge but to express your love to save! Jesus came to remove all sins, but to forgive your sins, give you the strength to overcome sin and the possibility of living a full life. (Read John 3:16-17 and John 10:10)
His problem ... is sin. Sin is living outside God has set the rules in your life knowing what is good, but he chose evil. The main consequence of sin is death, spirituality, spiritual separation from God (Read James 4:17 and Romans 6:23)
provision of God for you ... is the Savior. Jesus died on the cross to personally pay the price for your sins. Believing in Jesus Christ as the only way to reach God the Father is the only solution to the problem of separation from God. (Read Romans 5:8 and John 14:6)
You have to do ... is the yield. Put your faith in Christ Jesus (depends on him) as his Lord and Savior and refuses to "good works" as a way to receive the blessing of God When the control of his life to Christ and complete confidence in your life to Him, He gives you eternal life with Him and His power to live a full life, that is your plan for you on this earth. (Read Ephesians 2:8-9 and Matthew 16:24-26)
PRAYER
"God, I want a real relationship with you. I have to admit that many times I have chosen my way and not yours. Please forgive me for all my sins. Jesus, I thank You for dying on the cross to pay the price for my sins. Sign in my life as my Lord and Savior. By your power, make me the person with the intention that I created. E 'in his holy name I do is prayer. Amen. "
"I'll give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you, and remove from the body the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and they do. "Ezekiel 36:26-27
Our sin is what separates us from God and prevents us from satisfying our deepest longings and needs. According to Romans 6:23, sin is an offense against God that carries a heavy penalty "For the wages of sin is death (eternal separation from God's love and mercy)."
Recognizing the sacrifice of Christ
What you can do for you, Jesus Christ has done for you! "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). He died on the cross for you and rose from the dead to prove that the payment was accepted by God but must recognize and believe this fact. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved" (Hechos16: 31).
Accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior (accepting the Son of God, Jesus)
Salvation is God's gift to you. "The gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).
"My God. I know that I am a sinner. I know you love me and want to save. Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God who died on the cross to pay for my sins. I believe that he is risen from the dead. Now I repent for my sins and by faith you receive as my Savior and Lord. Come into my heart, forgive my sins and save me Lord In Jesus name I pray. Amen. "

calm down. :) i was diagnosed with depression a few years ago. it really is a battle to go through. it can be hard but its nothing to get worked up about. accept it as a disease. you'll most likely be put on medication and put through counceling. but be sure to stick to your treatment plan, or you may end up like me: bounced around from mental hospital to mental hospital, and developing further mental illnesses. overall, if you stick to the plan you and your councelor and your parents devise, you will be okay, and your depression should go away within a year or two.

Everybody who goes to a Mental Health Service gets diagnosed with some form of mental ailment. There aren't any tests such as bloodwork or brainscans or any tests whatsoever that can prove what they say about you. The barbarian quack mercenary psychiatrist claims that you have some type of mental illness simply to get you into his "system," in order to peddle his mind altering drugs, to control you, and to make a ton of money on you. The best advise that I can offer is, never go back to that or any quack psychiatrist and don't use their poisenous toxic medications either.
