the reason he's in jail is cuz he got stopped on the road in his unregisterd car 1 month ago now, and they took him in cuz he had Capias's on his name/bench warrants for not appearing in court for the misdermenor charge (which has since been closed with time served.)
whats likely to happen at his court hearing on the 16th? i must say, they are acting fast.. he has already been to court once since he's been in the jail... now he's supposed to be going again on the 16th next month... on the clerk of courts website here in FL.. it says its for a hearing/set new dates.. whats that mean?
thanks in advance for any help!... everyone that knows me and him are telling me that he will more than likely be out on the 16th cuz its mental health court and it will work in his favor??? i dont understand why he;s being held in jail in the first place.. these are old charges.. but they are still open according to the jail website. (Capias Felonies)
i just really wanna know whats likely to happen at his hearing???... he is going to plea guilty.. is that a smart idea?.. what are the chance's he'll get out on a plea bargain... or bond?.. or will they have to take it to trial with him waiting in jail? im new to all of this and going crazy not knowing... we are supposed to be getting married very soon.

Your boyfriend drives suspended, takes stuff that is not his, and does not like to come to court..... And the consequences just did not occur to him. At the very least he was unconcerned about how his behavior and forced absence would effect YOU. Not the answer you are looking for I know but having this guy around more will be good for you how?
Hi,I did the following:
