Mental Health: Is it a good idea to totally give up my mental health services ?

Is it a good idea to totally give up my mental health services ?I'm going to have a meeting with my new worker from the department of health (in my state). And I'm going to tell I'm quitting because I have to wait till I'm 24 (I'm 21) until I can get my associates. Then I'll have to wait till I'm 30 (5-6 years later) to get my bachelor's. On top of that all of the programs are BS and there's really not that many bright people at these programs. I also eventually want to stop therapy, and eventually stop taking my medicine altogether.

If I should continue taking their services give me one reason why I should.
To "Barcode" I've been doing therapy before I had DMH's services. So it wouldn't matter that's why I'm quitting and eventually will stop therapy and meds permanently.

Beats the hello outta me, Bubba. It's YOUR life. Live it like you want to live it.

First - you need to get it thru your head the world does NOT owe you a living. Life is what YOU make it - not wishing or dreaming - or fantasizing. If you don't like what's going on in your life - then - it's up to YOU to make changes.
Life is not always the way it's supposed to be. It's just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
If you cannot deal with what life has to offer - then you need to seek psychological counseling so you can learn how to deal with your issues.
