Mental Health Exercises?Are they any mental exercises to help improve mental health? Like imagine a block and let is disappear slowly only to reappear slowly a different color? Things like that? And links or websites?

Your question is broad. It depends on what ASPECTS of your mental 'fitness' you are talking about. Visualization is a wonderful tool, but why not expand on it and try involving the other senses. Visualize an orange. LOOK at it's color, FEEL it's texture, SMELL it's aroma, TASTE it's flavor. Play chess to develop concentration and ability to 'visualize' ahead playing out several moves in advance. Riddles for problem-solving faculties. Play memory 'match' games to flex memory. Really all depends on what you want to flex.
