Can the city of Nanticoke police dept,mental health&mental retardation employees, and firemen still not be held with abandoment and negligence after 5 years of trying to get lawyers? Should these lawyers be disbarred due to ethics and sensitivity of this case that result in permament damage of my name, and character by not acknowledging I help take care of his children and I am the one being punished by the above entities , by not recognizing the state of Pa. childrens background check, even inside a catholic church. yet police and school district arresting me on his anniversity of his death,and they come out smelling like arose, cases from years ago against city for similiar situtation, a man intoxicated left alone falls into a river where the city paid approximately $ 300.000 to $ 335.000 for neglience abandoment and not sure whatever other legal jargon was used.?Should all be excusable from this in the city of Nanticoke?. and by All Judges in Luzerne county.
