Sites for teens with mental health issues?

Sites for teens with mental health issues?I suffer from depression, OCD, and GAD. Through all my research since I've been diagnosed, what hit's me the most is realizing how many people my age suffer from various mental health problems. I want to be able to talk to some of these other teens, whether it's to help them better understand what's happening to them, or to just have a friend so I can always know I'm not alone. Is there a site or chatroom or something out there where teens with any mental health disorder can talk? Any help is appreciated. Thanks and God bless!

I couldn't find a chat room. But, you can try forums,

If you do not like their company you can always talk to Samaritans. http://www.samaritans.org/ Samaritans provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair. Whatever you're going through, don't bottle it up.

You can also try CBT to come out of your disorders. It is widely recognized that CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is the most effective treatment for OCD because it focuses on the 'here and now' of the problem

You can also develop mindfulness to overcome fight OCD. Mindfulness is the ability to observe one's own internal sensations with the calm clarity of an external witness. The mental act of adverting attention in this manner can enable sufferers of OCD and related problems to develop the insight necessary for consciously choosing new and more adaptive responses to the intrusive and intensely bothersome thoughts and urges which bombard their consciousness.
