Do you believe that soldiers have both a physical and mental health bar? If you get hurt from falling your?physical health bar drops but if you start hallucinating and stuff, your mental health bar drops. Would things like PTSD happen when the mental health bar is about to die?

Video games simplify real health for the sake of not infuriating the game play. Unlike games, you are nowhere near capable at operating at full capacity if your "health bar" is at 1 HP.

yes, but should you come across a health package, then your meter goes back up. you only get 3 lives though.

Yeah, and when they come across bandages it restores them to 100% health.
