I am suffering from depression/anxiety, and have already begun the separation process.I am in the Navy, at TSC Great Lakes, attending OS A School.
I started with my chain of command, went to my SDC, spoke with my Chief and he referred me over to Medical, where I spoke with a doctor and she put in a recommendation for separation, and sent me over to the Medical Liason, who faxed my recommendation over to the Legal Dept.
I was then given these papers to give to my PLR and Barracks, stating that I was now on medical hold, and am no longer in class. I have also now been assigned a couple weekly classes; Discharge Planning Group, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Relaxation Group.
My question is... Am I on the right track? I know this is a waiting process, but since the information of the process isn't really explained to me I just feel like im not doing something. Any past expiriences, knowledge of the matter or anything else regarding what to do, expected wait times, etc.
Thank you!

You have to just hurry up and wait. Your lucky, they could move you out of your barracks to the TAD barracks where they hold all sailors being separated for trouble.
