if a mental health system sells mind altering drugs for the F.B.I.?if a mental health system asks the goverment to give them money by lieing and making flase charges in order to gain the moneys and someone in power plans to get a mafia type set up to sell drugs to the public undercover for the F.B.I. and if somebody tells do you think the goverment would or could do anything about it?

The mental health system and the FBI don't work together , the FBI has no need to controle the mind , they only want to find those who cause trouble , those who cause trouble may well be mentally ill , but they don't care to fix them , just eliminate the threat, it's up to the mental health profesionals to try and get the minds of the people who find themselves in mental illness , back to finding no need to try and cause trouble , the FBI would simply throw them in some dark cell if they had their way . NO they don't work together ..
