They put a pretty white coat on you that makes you hug yourself. Then they give you drugs and escort you to a fun room where it doesn't hurt if you run into the wall.

Yes there is, when someone petitions the court either a Dr. or family member feels that you need Mental Health intervention and you are not cooperating, they can take you to court for the judge to decide if you should be hospitilized. This is usually done in probate court.
