I feel our current definition of stress is inadequate to help us improve our lives. I am trying to redefine average stress as layers of mental frictions and thus provide a way to more permanently reduce those layers of mental frictions. I try to visualize an upright rectangle representing our mind with its full mental energy. I then try to imagine from the bottom, narrowly spaced horizontal lines to represent layers of mental frictions. The space left over represents our leftover ability to think and learn new things. I feel by redefining our average stress as layers of mental frictions, all of us then have a tool or a way to begin learning how to slowly, better understand our individual environments to begin both resolving mental frictions and also making changes in how we approach elements in our lives to prevent other, like mental frictions from occurring. I feel a young child is able to learn more easily by having all of his or her mental energy available (or that upright rectangle with little or no mental frictions). I feel as we get older, we have that same upright rectangle, but we accumulate more mental frictions that take up mental energy. This would show just how our individual environments (less stable more needful environments) could then greatly affect learning. I feel motivation to learn is also affected. I feel the higher those layers of mental frictions the harder one has to work to receive the same mental reward or less motivation. I feel we need sufficient lower layers of mental frictions to perform and enjoy certain abstract skills such as reading and performing higher learning. I feel as anyone accumulates sufficient higher layers of mental frictions this could create psychological suffering and also a shorter reflection time. I feel that could create many harmful short term escapes. I am hoping other students of education, psychology, and other fields are looking at similar cognitive approaches. I do hope there are students and adults who will perhaps see the possibilities of this tool as a way to help everyone. I hope such tools will free us all from the teachings of fixed intelligences, which I feel are very static and provide us with no hope.
I will do better; I will send the picuture and also the short version of learning theory to all on request

It fulfills the theory diagram and can be researched using initial bio-feedback readings to create a baseline of average, mental frictions along with other self & observer evaluations for confidence, hope, esteem, motivation, academics, etc. Then using my cognitive tools, subjects can then be re-tested over time with other initial bio-feedback readings and other self & observer evaluations. There should be lower initial readings from biofeedback along with improved readings for subsequent self & observer evaluations.

good theory but you should draw a picture next time it's easier and faster for everyone

it is interesting.
i hope you will do research and experiments to see if it is indeed helpful to others.
