well from what i've seen (drugs.com) they should be fine together. if you're really worried, you should call the clinic and ask them or go in to ask the doctor.

I am in nursing school an most of our instructors recommend that if we are giving meds and we are not sure of the interactions between drugs that we pick a local 24 hour pharmacy and make friends with a pharmacist, cause these guys know more about drugs than doctors.
so i would give your local pharmacist a call and see what he/she thinks.

www.drugs.com: Sarafem - Prozac: Other medicines—Although certain medicines should not be used together at all, in other cases two different medicines may be used together even if an interaction might occur. In these cases, your doctor may want to change the dose, or other precautions may be necessary. When you are taking fluoxetine, it is especially important that your health care professional know if you are taking any of the following:
Buspirone (e.g., BuSpar) ~~~

buspar (busPIRone)

fluoxetine, fluoxetine extended release, ~~~
People in free clinics are likely to be pushed for time, and will just look at the list for what to prescribe for various conditions, and not use the interactions function at drugs.com, or elsewhere.
I suggest that you view the non medication based treatments for depression, in section 2, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page R first. Anxiety; section 6; see page N first.
Contact the clinic; tell them the above, re interaction.

Okay, pretty much any time you pair up a SSRI antidepressant with Buspar some places are going to show a possible side effect of Serotonin Syndrome (which actually is a pretty Big Deal). The thing is that #1 Buspar is almost always paired up with a SSRI antidepressant (it's more effective that way) and #2 the Serotonin Syndrome hardly ever happens.
