At the undergraduate level, you would want to study psychology - psychiatry is a medical specialty you can't really study until after medical school. Most schools have programs in psychology, and undergraduate programs like that aren't really ranked, so you want to go to the best college you can get into overall.

Honestly, I would recommend the University of Nebraska at Omaha. They are connected with the University of Nebraska Medical Center, which is one of the best in the country. They have an excellent program, and it is a wonderful school!
Also, Creighton in Omaha, Nebraska is a great school! They are very medical oriented if that is what you are wanting to go into!
