Yes many corporations now employ life coaches and therapists that allow their employees to consult with their problems that occur in and out of the work place. The comapny that I work for actually has a free counseling service outside of the workplace that you can visit at no cost that addresses mental health, anger management, depression and even financial situations of their employees and it is totally anonymous and confidential.
