Department of Mental Health Budget Hearing FY 2011
April 26, 2010 Judith Sandalow testified in support of the Department of Mental Health's proposed budget, including a new initiative, the Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Project. The executive director of Children's Law Center was careful to point out that her support of the budget does not signal satisfaction with the state of children's mental health services in DC, which is still broken and in need of more funding.
