Is it a serious mental health disorder to talk and answer yourself in your mind and outloud?

Is it a serious mental health disorder to talk and answer yourself in your mind and outloud?Constantly doing it. Thinking that is someone else or more than one talking to you. I am very concerned with the mind.
What about thinking the voice is not yours but someone elses.

Read the book "what to say when you talk to yourself" by Shad Helmstetter.

it is completly natural to talk to yourself, Great question.

Sometimes that the only intelligent conversation there is. Nothing wrong with that, unless you argue with yourself. Then you might look into getting help.
