On July 15, 2008, Jackson was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony reckless driving, and felony hit and run after striking several vehicles. He led pursuing officers on a chase while driving on the wrong side of the street and on city sidewalks in his lifted Ford F-350 with his picture painted on the side. During the chase one of the tires blew out on his truck and he continued to flee while driving on his rims and showering the street with sparks.[44] The day before his arrest, Jackson gave an interview and said he had become depressed after his recent loss by decision to Forrest Griffin. On July 16, 2008, someone in Jackson's household flagged down police and reported that Jackson was acting unusually. Jackson was escorted to a mental health institution for observations.[45] On July 18, 2008, UFC President Dana White gave an interview to Yahoo! Sports in which he said that Jackson had initially been detained for a 72 hour stay, but that had been extended. White was quoted as saying, "I think it's going to be a while before we get him back."[citation needed] White also claimed that before the detainment, Jackson did not sleep for four days and was not eating, but only energy drinks and became mentally ill from dehydration. According to White, no drugs were found in Jackson's system.[46]
Quinton Jackson has been charged with one felony count of evading police while driving recklessly, one felony count of evading police and driving against traffic, three misdemeanor counts of hit and run with property damage, and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving when he nearly hit several pedestrians. If convicted, Jackson could face up to 3 years in prison.[47]
On August 28, 2008 Jackson pleaded not guilty to the above 2 felonies and 4 misdemeanors; however, on January 8, 2009 he pleaded guilty to one felony count of evading a police officer and driving against traffic and one misdemeanor count of driving recklessly as part of a plea agreement. Jackson will not be sentenced until January 7, 2010; in the meantime, he must complete 200 hours of community service, attend mental health therapy, pay restitution, and comply with other terms and conditions. Based on his compliance, the felony charges may be dropped, or Jackson may be sentenced to additional probation or jail time.[48]
Holly Griggs is one of the victims in the above police chase. She has filed a civil suit against Jackson alleging "the impact of her abdomen with the steering wheel caused her amniotic fluid membranes (bag of waters) to rupture, ultimately resulting in the stillbirth of her baby." She is asking for $ 25,000 in damages for "property damage, personal injury and emotional distress."[49]

the lawsuit is dropped because even her own doctors agree its unlikely the minor side swipe that occurred caused the mis carriage.
rampage is a horrible coach, that's the real problem with tuff. as far as the movie goes, he shouldn't bite the hand that feeds him and keeps him outta trouble. white and zuffa have saved his butt and he should show the love. but he is a simple guy , if you haven't noticed he is not that sharp, and money is hard to say no too.
as far as the court stuff...why is that any ones business? what he does in the cage is what should matter, if you don't like a persons private life, maybe it's because its private.

No he's not "cheating" anyone, and what movie isn't crappy now and days? have you even red his blog, about why he's making the movie, and why he's leaving Zuffa?. I did!, and I think he's right about everything he wrote in there, as far as owing Dana, and Zuffa anything, I don't think so, Dana is a Business man,if it cost him 150K to bail Rampage out, but he knows he'll make double the money in return he'll do it, at least that's my take on it, I bet any one here that a lot of fighters are not happy with Dana, for the past two years his head has over grown his shoulders, and in more than one occasion Lorenzo Fertitas, has had to step in, to cover for Dana's mistakes, IMO Danas days with the UFC are coming to and end soon, because of his big ass ego, I think Tito was right all along, as it was Cain Velazquez, Roger Huerta, and a few other fighters, anyways No, Rampage is not cheating anyone, he's doing what's best for him, what would you do in his position? after I saw what he had to say, I'm siding with him, because I would do the same dang thing, specially if some A**hole, is not respecting me, in this case the A**hole would be, DW the DB!!....

Yes, he is cheating us fans out of what was going to be a huge grudge match. We will see them get on each others nerves, just like Bisping and Henderson did. Rampage is a bitch for backing out of the fight. He runs his mouth about Evens every episode so far, and know he is not willing to back up all the shit he talked.
Rampage is a Fu*king clown, douche bag pansy ass. I'm glad he is gone. He couldn't string a sentence together to save his life, but he wants to act.
