What does this mean from mental health?I was went to menatl health while I was at Basic Training and I was fine and all that but I noticed on the two page report that in Axis one there is something called Occupational problem. What does this mean? Does this mean I have been diagnosed with a mental condition or illness? If I apply for a weapons permit do I have to put this down? Please help me with this because I am concerned and do not understand what to make of this. Thank you

You would be better off asking a mental health professional, but it sounds like you were having issues in your job. No big deal, all things considered. I myself have remarks about bereavement and acute operational stress. Federal law now states that deployment related counseling will not impact hiring or promotion for any position a person is qualified for, if your prognosis is good.
