Are state mental health institute employees exempt from Arnold's executive order?I assume that if we weren't exempt I would have received notice of a pay cut or termination of employment today, right?

I believe they would have to tell you. It's illegal to change the terms of employment without notice.

And so far it doesn't look like it's gone through. He's just making threats to get the lazy politicians off their butts and have concerned state workers write them letters so that they'll do something already.
