Mental Health: How much does a walk do to one's mental health and stress?

How much does a walk do to one's mental health and stress?I seem to get more stressed out if I stay indoors a lot. Other things add on to this like conflicts with my dad and sister. I am trying to just not care anymore.

So how much does simple outdoor activity contribute to stress and worrying?

outdoor activity does not contribute to stress, it alleviates it.
