Your tri-care ended the day the divorce decree was finalized and submitted to DEERS. You are no longer a military dependent. So you cannot get help through the military. But you can seek out a Counselor/Psychiatrist on your own dime that can help you with your issues. But the military will not pay for it, sorry.

You are no longer a military spouse so therefore you are no longer allowed any military benefits at all unless it was determined in your divorce that you would gain part of his retirement or child support. That would have been up to the judge and only 5 years of marriage, very doubtful. The day the divorce was final you lost all military benefits yourself, medical, dental, legal, baes facilities, etc.... If you want to see a mental health professional it would be out of your own pocket or get it through the medical coverage you have through a civilian insurance plan. Legal coverage isn't possible in a civil matter like this either, JAG does not help in cases like this, it must be civilian lawyers.
If the ex is still AD then the child is eligible for counseling, medical, etc... but not you.
