who deals with improving mental health in school?Who is in charge with having prevention programs in school, and making sure there is good counseling in United States schools?

What is the name of the career?

I am very passionate about this as I see most school counselors don't really do much. When is the last time your child told you about a prevention program they are having at their school, or encouraging talks that helped boost their esteem?

I am also very passionate about harmony on these school campus.

Preventing what? I speak with my child daily and she expresses disdain for school educators and their lame attempts at behavioral control. She is intelligent enough to see it for what it is, but not many are.
