Not to be sarcastic.... but good luck with that! :) I've often wished for the same thing in my area....
I've found that usually only churches provide any sort of therapeutic services in any kind of financially charitable way for those with limited means. But then that will obviously be based upon their particular denomination's beliefs, in case that's an issue. Also, they often only have training in basic counseling, not psychology or psychiatry.
Have you tried calling any local charities, or social service info or referral lines? They may know of other resources. Otherwise, I'd suggest that you may have to call all of the psych docs in your phone book one by one and ask. Seriously, good luck in your endeavor.
