What type of graduate degree is required? What schools offer that degree? Any other certifications? What is the salary? Where is the best place to practice?

A PhD in Philosophy with Psychology major or a PhPsych degree with a specialization in infant-parent mental health (family therapy).
Salary depends on if you work in a clinic or private practice. My friend is a PhD Psychologist (but not certified to write prescriptions) and makes $ 180 per hour.

You need a PhD or PsyD. Many schools offer these degrees. Check the APA website or your current school may have a book that lists these. The salary is anywhere from $ 50,000 on up. Many places are looking for this underfocused area so it would be something great to go into.
