What usually happens to these type of people is that they're forgotten. No one really likes troubled people, so they just try to pretend they don't exist. Then every once in a while, some dude who gone too far over the edge, got crazy and hurt a few people. Then you see on the news how people are being bullied, and pushed around, and how we should get these people help. Then the public panics, looks at "weird" people and joke them and say they're messed up in the head. Then the public forgets it until the next big thing happens.
So basically to recap: people who are different are usually told that it's their problem, and that they're on their own; then when something happens, all any one says is that they can't believe it, and all that stuff and how they should really help these people; then once the pain of that passes, people are back to their usual self.
Hope that helps.

uhh health insurance covers the cost. if admitted to a psyciatric facility you will get automatic medicaid. it covers all the costs. but please dont fall into the system. it is hell and will only make you worst. trust me. if they cant find something wrong with you. they will make something up. cause its the only way for them to make their money. hostpitals are like any other buisness.
