West Tipperary Mental Health Association began their free hugs campaign promoting positive mental health following the launch of the See Change Partners on the Ground event on Thursday 17th June at The Mansion House in Dublin which was endorsed by the Minister for mental health john maloney who took part in the free hugs campaign. Short Film produced by Libby Carew Eichholz PRO (WTMHA), Anthony O Connor (Technical Support) and Paul Kelly (filmmaker). The creators of this film acknowledge all rights to the sound track used to Jet Records and present licenced distrubiters
