From the beginning of WWII to the present, how has mental health care affected or been affected by history?I'm doing a paper on the history of mental health care in America, and it's supposed to be closely tied to our past from WWII to today. My paper has a very thin historical context...

I have this so far:
WWII drafting and mental illness
WWII casualties and long term mental effects on veterans
JFK and mental health care research

I also have other topics, but they're kind of separate from whatever events occurred. I can't really tie things together very well.

I also need primary sources. I can't find many places for this, and it's a big deal to my teacher. Please help!!!
Ohhh..... and a LOT of emphasis has to be put on economics. HELP!
