Wow those are very very vivid hallucinations. The normal hallucinations you hear of are generally phantom smells or sounds or even an shadowy figure. To see that with such vivid detail, yeah i would see a professional for sure. But before you see a mental health professional see your normal dr and have a workup for everything including tumors and such to be safe. Alot of mental problems and physical can play off of one another. But something you said is interesting. Have you ever heard of a night terror? It doesn't have to be a bad dream. It can manifest itself in the real world a few seconds after you wake up. Like say you were having a dream of a spider and you were horrified and startled awake. It is possible for a few brief seconds when u open your eyes to see a huge spider or whatever was in your dream because you are actually in a conscious/subconscious state with your eyes open. Everything you just said began with "I woke up" so i believe you were actually seeing your dream.
