Providers from primary care and mental health centers team to offer their underserved patients enhanced comprehensive care. These providers were working with the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare on a special initiative to measure the success of integrated care. They also worked with the National Center for Primary Care of Morehouse School of Medicine to share their stories.
