I personally hope it doesn't include a single penny for the pseudoscience of psychiatry. Each and every penny spent on "mental health care" is waste, fraud, or abuse.

Not really needed as most states already have that in place and have for many years.
Funny though, there are more nuts outside of those hospitals then in them.

I also hope so, a few years ago I went through seriouse depression, I was going through a divorce, stress over work, I was at my worst mental state. My body began to feal weak and hurting and I did feel like I needed counseling.
My insurance company that charges me up the A$ $ , didnt cover phsychiatric counseling.....
So yes, I do hope something like that is put in...
