Social services mental health meetings definition?

Social services mental health meetings definition?Hello

In the mental health sector of social services, patients will have a meeting with the social service's to have their needs reviewed.
This usually occurs every 6 months or a year.

These meetings are supposed to discussed things like the patients behavior and communication, health, money, learning, leisure, future plans, eligibility criteria and so on.
Often with children, parents attend these meetings.

What would the correct terminology be that the social services department would give to such meetings.

I have heard them called 'case reviews', 'CPA meetings', 'review meetings' and so on.
What do the social service department call them? and give me a list of as many other names for them as you can.
