How come the community mental health center in my area will not allow me to change to another therapist?
How come the community mental health center in my area will not allow me to change to another therapist?I asked if I could have a therapist whom I feel more comfortable talking with. But, apparently I am not allowed to switch therapists. I have only spoke with this new therapist one time and can tell we are not meshing.
