What are good and bad things for your mental health?I need to know some good and bad things for your mental health. I have to show examples of good things for your mental health. But then also what is bad for your mental health. I need things that are easy to draw.
If anyone can help me, that would be great.

drugs, lack of self esteem, getting picked on, having no one to talk to or not having guidance, cutting, self isolation, shutting the world out

go walk a long slow walk
do something you enjoy
enjoy watching a fish tank

bad for mental health
staying alone
withdrawing from friends, family, things you would usually enjoy
thoughts of having no self worth, thinking no one would miss me or that every one would be better off if i was dead
