Well, just to make you feel better, there are more things that would disqualify you for employment with the FBI than wouldn't, if you take my meaning. If you want to do that kind of work, try for the CIA, I do know they're more lax about their drug use policies.

I don't know that answer as I've never tried for that particular position, however I would think they would do a psych consult regardless to make sure you're right for the job.
be honest about your bipolar, as it will affect your application if you hide it. They will more than likely evaluate how your bipolar is handled, how long you've been diagnosed, any medication you're on, how you handle 'episodes' , your history with it and examine how it will/may affect your work, especially in certain stressful situations. They will complete a FULL psych analysis on you. Be prepared by having your doctor or psychologist ready to provide any/all information on your bipolar.
