What is the difference between being on a Specialized caseload and a Mental Health caseload?

What is the difference between being on a Specialized caseload and a Mental Health caseload?I am referring to being placed on Probation in criminal matters. Please explain the advantages and disadvantages of both in detail. What would be different If I were switched from a Specialized caseload to a Mental Health caseload?
