Morning after pill and mental health..?

Morning after pill and mental health..?I have bipolar and I know I'm not manic at the moment by any stretch but i feel like things are slipping out of my control a bit and some of my behaviours are feeling really difficult to manage. My CPN is currently away and I don't fully trust the person I've been seeing as a replacement which isn't helping.

I felt really angry and at a loose end last night and ended up drinking and taking drugs that I shouldn't have and sleeping with this guy and possibly another too.. I don't remember. I know on at least one of the occassions no protection was used. I'm also not on the contraceptive pill.

I'm now really worried about pregnancy and I have no idea of how virus free either of these guys is. I'm sure its probably ok but equally I'm quite worried.

I want to get the morning after pill (my understanding is that it can be taken upto 72hrs after?). It costs £25 from the chemist which there is no way I can afford. If I got to see a nurse at my GP surgery or to a family planning clinic what would they do? Would it be likely that my CPN or psychiatrist would be informed that I had asked for it (or my GP if i went to GUM clinic?)- can I request that they don't get told? I particularly don't want anyone from the mental health team knowing. Would they want to look down there? If so there is no way I can go. Agh.

I don't know what to do and maybe i'm being stupid but it's stressing me out and I wondered if anyone could give me any information?
