And I'm thinking of some physical exercises to become less neurotic and enhance my psychics. Is there some? And what can you suggest?
(Im athletic-like, but I have troubles concentrating, because of quitting smoking a while ago)

My doctor told me that going for a one hour walk a day is good for my mental health. I am suffering from anxiety and depression and just going outside is hard for me. I have been making an effort in going out for a walk everyday and when I do, it feels good and the fresh air does me some good. So maybe you can start by going for a nice walk every day, or maybe a run if you're up to it.

Exercise in general helps your mental state in two ways. One is that it increases serotonin in your brain, which is the same thing antidepressants do. The second is your body feels better when you are healthy and that helps your brain work and feel better.

all physical exercise is good for mental health.
It gives an overall feeling of well being, provides oxygen to your muscles and brain and better blood flow too. It releases endorphins -the brains feel good chemical. It relieves excess energy anxiety and tension. You feel better because you are doing something good for yourself. It is a welcome distraction from worries if you focus on what you are doing. It helps connect the mind to the body. And can be a welcome release of aggression and anger through vigorous activity or things such as a punching bag.
If your looking for something to help you concentrate focus and feel centered and connected to your body while youve quit smoking include some yoga too. It will help you slow down and focus hence less neurotic and building concentration.
If you arent used to exercise it may seem almost more trouble than its worth at first. But once you get used to it, it takes 28 days to form a habit, you will grow to look forward to it and start getting the full benefits mentally and emotionally from it.

physique ? your body build ? almost any exercise will help yoru attitude , even walking.
I never heard of anyone who lost concentration from not smoking.
if you are neurotic maybe you need meds.
