HealthLine [Season Finale, Topic: Behavioral Health] Part II







[PART TWO OF THREE OF HEALTHLINE, SEASON FINALE, TOPIC: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH] This show, sponsored by MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois and hosted by MacNeal's Community Health Coordinator Fabiola Zavala, was taped in the studio's of RBTV, the cable network of Riverside Brookfield High School in Riverside, Illinois. HealthLine focused on current and important health issues, both physical and mental. Each episode highlighted a different health issue; the season finale [this episode], which in turn became the series finale as the show was not picked up for a second season, focused on Behavioral and Mental Health. Anthony DeJoseph, MD, Executive Director of the MacNeal Behavioral Health Department, was the medical consultant and guest for this episode. The show was produced by RB student and RBTV producer, Lorenzo Cordova. One season consisting of seven episodes was produced in the spring and summer of 2006. HealthLine was cancelled by RBTV after the show's executive producer, Lorenzo Cordova, decided to leave the show in order to pursue other television show ambitions, and the show's host, Fabiola Zavala, decided to leave the show to spend time with her family, in particular her new baby. The show's sponsor, MacNeal Hospital, has expressed interest in a second season of HealthLine, but no RBTV producer has approached MacNeal to date.
