Would you release yours, with PTSD and all that other stuff in there? Same reason he wouldn't release all his & Cindy's financial records. Nothing to hide... Right....

Probably because there's something embarrassing in them that he doesn't want anyone to know.

I think he should release them. I know if I were to hire anyone for a job this would be a red flag.
