What can I do about a co-worker in a mental health facility who constantly uses her diagnosis as an excuse for?her diagnosis as an excuse for bad behavior. She constantly leaves me our of the loop in projects and lately has self disclosed she is now trans-gender. She now is wearing men's suits and of course is still wearing makeup...we are to be an example of mental health recovery~not as someone who continues to exhibit being irresponsible for their recovery. I feel that I can't even make sincere referrals to someone or to our agency that obliviously a place that supports toxic behavior.

Report her to your boss and work on getting her fired. "Mental issue excuse" people dont need to work, all they need is help and treatment and plus she can be dangerous to her environment. so now you have few reasons to report her to ur boss.
