Are juvenille mental health records sealed after you turn 18 years old ?I had a mental health record from age 13 to age 17 for depression and bi polar at an local mental health clinic. I'm now 19 years old and I'm planning to go overseas to get married and I'm scared I might run into problems. I'm planning to get married in vietnam.

No, they don't get "sealed." They are still very important to your ongoing health, just as any other medical history is. But, just as your medical record now cannot be sent to just anyone, you medical history as a juvenile is still covered by any privacy laws in your area (in the US, it is still protected by HIPAA).

Whether sealed or not, traveling overseas doesn't involve medical records, unless it's for shots to prevent diseases.
