What is the bill that requires insurance to pay mental health benefits the same as medical benefits?I am not talking about the parity act of 2008 but about what is going into effect this year.

I see there is a bill that the governor vetoed in ca , AB 423, ww.info.sen.ca.gov , and a bill in illinois.........i dont know any others.....they may be out there........if you find them, let us know?
