I had juvenille mental health records that I think are closed, would that still effect my wife's immigration ?I was diagnosed as a minor with bi polar disorder and I stopped going to the mental health facility at age 17. They said they've closed my mental health records. I'm wondering if it would effect my future wife's immigration process from vietnam to the united states. I probably would get married in vietnam and I'm scared they won't let me.

No. It won't affect her immigration process. It's highly unlikely to be an issue or used against you.
